These 9 daily habits of a successful eBay seller would help you grow your business, while giving it a direction.

  • List 1 – 5 items

Whether you are starting out or have a 1000s listings up, buyers are always on the look-out for something new every day. eBay also prefers buyers putting in fresh new content. New content means new traffic, which means better and strong listings and more sales. Therefore, make it a point to list at least 1 to 5 items every day.

Don’t forget to flush out the listings that haven’t sold in more than 30 days, have low views or 0 watchers.

  • Promote your listings

Always answer queries as soon as you can. If you don’t know the answer tell them that you would get back to them. Find out answers and get back to them. If your customers don’t hear back from you, they would end up buying from someone else. So don’t lose a sale because you lazy to answer a query no matter how general it is.

Have you wondered why do people quit? It’s because they don’t evaluate their results every step of the way. If they do a mistake, or twice, they quit; if they don’t understand something, they quit; if they don’t get the results they want, they quit. Quitting is not an option. Having the eBay mobile app makes it easy for you to keep a track on your listings, sales, customer queries and shipment. If I’m on the go and have my supplier ship me the tracking number, I always use the app to update my customer. It will help to stay updated and on top of things.
